We are now looking for a part-time (50%) Motion Creative to support and elevate our digital storytelling and communication across our digital platforms.

Main responsibilities (but not limited to):

•  Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video edits, primarily for social media campaigns.
•  Collaborate with the Norrsken marketing team to create concepts that showcase the vision, impact, and stories of startups on the Impact/100 list.
•  Edit videos using Premiere Pro and create stunning animations in After Effects
•  Ensure all deliverables align with Norrsken’s storytelling standards and brand guidelines.

Who you are:

•  A creative talent with proven experience in motion design and video editing        (showreel/portfolio required) for social media.
•  Skilled in After Effects and Premiere Pro, audio editing experience is a plus.
•  Passionate about creating engaging content and translating abstract ideas into motion.
•  Detail-oriented with a strong sense of timing and rhythm in animation.
•  A quick learner who thrives in fast-paced environments and responds well to feedback.
•  A team player who loves collaboration but can also work independently.
•  Fluent in English, with the ability to deliver polished and professional work under tight      deadlines.
• Bonus: You care deeply about impact and using creativity to drive meaningful change.

Salary and Benefits

This role is based in Stockholm, and you will report to our Art Director.

• Salary: 16,000–18,000 SEK per month, depending on experience.
• Contract: Project-based (12 months, 50% position).
