At Norrsken, we believe in the power of entrepreneurship and technology to tackle the world’s greatest challenges. Our tech team is small but ambitious - led by our Head of Tech - and we’re now looking for a Technical Operations Lead to help us take things to the next level.

Joining Norrsken means working hands-on to shape the direction of our tech stack, optimizing internal systems, and ensuring seamless data flows across our platforms. You’ll play a key role in elevating our digital infrastructure, solving complex technical problems, and exploring new tools - especially within AI and automation - to enhance user experiences.

Main responsibilities (not limited to):

• System optimization and integration: Manage and optimize internal SaaS applications (Airtable, OfficeRnD, ActiveCampaign, Google Workspace), ensuring they meet operational needs and can scale as we grow. You will also design and maintain integrations between systems and databases to ensure seamless data flow and efficient operations.

• Data management: Oversee and maintain the integrity, scalability, and performance of our databases (currently Airtable). Ensure data is well-organized, consistent, and accessible across systems. (Experience with relational databases e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL) is a strong bonus.)

• Web application architecture: Solid understanding of web applications to make sure we build solid solutions that are scalable across all markets and platforms. (knowing JavaScript and Phyton is definitely a bonus.)
  

• UX/UI: Collaborate on creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience and ensure smooth workflows across our global team.
  
  

Who you are:

• 5+ years of experience in tech operations, system integration or web application architecture.

• Strong experience working with APIs and integrating data across multiple platforms.

• You’re eager to explore new tools and ways of working, particularly in AI and automation, to enhance user experiences.

• Help the global organization become more efficient by creating smart and solid technical solutions both for internal and external use.

• You have a collaborative mindset and love working with others but can also operate independently.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: 45,000–50,000 SEK/month (depending on seniority).
