Norrsken House Stockholm is more than just a co-working space. Opened in 2017, it has since been the home to over 600 innovative startups, ambitious founders and bold thinkers with their mind set on one thing - building scalable solutions to some of the world’s biggest challenges in areas such as health, economy, sustainability and climate. It’s a hub designed to support the people solving for a better future. Because if they win, we all win.
About the internship
We are currently looking for a motivated Growth Intern to join our Nordics team this fall and help us make Norrsken House Stockholm the "lighthouse of impact”.
Working closely with the Nordics team and reporting to the Community Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind curating our community. From market mapping and outbound outreach to closing contracts, you will see firsthand how a high-impact ecosystem is built from the ground up. If you want hands-on sales and member acquisition experience, true ownership, and a fast-paced environment where your initiatives matter, this is it.
This internship is based in Stockholm, Sweden, with a targeted start date early September 2026.
What you’ll do
Community curation: We don't just want a full house; we want a vibrant community. You’ll support the selection process, ensuring a powerful mix of profiles - from early-stage tech founders to seasoned investors.
Sales pipeline and onboarding: You’ll support the full member journey from managing inbound and outbound sales conversations to screening applications to getting the contract signed.
Lead generation: Keep your finger on the pulse of the Nordic ecosystem. You'll track events and funding cycles to identify and approach the most relevant changemakers.
Look for ways to optimize our impact: We always strive to optimize our work. You’d be encouraged to review the membership acquisition pipeline to identify bottlenecks and implement smarter ways to deliver more value to our members.
Who you are
To thrive in this role, you don’t need previous experience, but you do need the right drive.
Proactive, solutions-oriented & resilient: You have a proactive, solutions-driven mindset. You embrace the "done is better than perfect" philosophy and meet new challenges with energy.
Get energy from social interactions: You genuinely love building relationships. You get energy from social interactions and feel comfortable initiating outbound conversations with founders, investors and talent.
Strong organizational skills: You can prioritize high-value tasks and keep your footing when things move fast.
Impact-driven: You are genuinely curious about the Norrsken ecosystem and want to be part of a movement to drive positive change.
Requirements
Enrolled as a student, either in your undergrad or masters, to be able to combine this internship with your studies.
Ability to engage in the internship 30-40h/week, for a period of 4-6 months.
Fluency in English, written and spoken. Swedish or other languages is considered a bonus.
Working at Norrsken
Working at Norrsken feels more like a fast-paced startup than a foundation. The environment is dynamic and demanding, and your responsibilities will evolve. In return, we guarantee a steep learning curve that will fast-forward your personal and professional development alongside a team that cares and shares your ambitions. Ten years from now, you will be proud of the projects and ideas you developed and acted on together.
What we offer you
Networking and ecosystem access: 24/7 access to Norrsken Stockholm House where you can work, study and build relationships with top-tier founders, investors and talent.
True ownership and growth: You’ll own real workstreams and projects and see the direct impact of your work.
Monthly allowance: SEK 5 000/month to help cover your expenses during the internship. Depending on your university's framework, this will be processed as either a tax-free educational grant or a standard taxable internship allowance.
Flexibility for your studies: This internship is structured to be integrated into your curriculum (to earn university credit or align with your thesis) so you can remain eligible for regular student financing (CSN/equivalent). We’re happy to adjust your hours to fit your study schedule.
A launchpad for your career: You will leave with tangible sales, growth, and ecosystem building experience from one of the strongest impact and startup ecosystems.
We encourage you to apply as soon as possible as recruitment is ongoing with a targeted start date early September 2026.
