The Role
We are looking for a Finance Manager to own our fund finance function. You will be the day-to-day point of contact and manager for external fund administrators, ensuring all fund accounting is accurate, timely, and investor-ready. Every quarter you will be in charge of valuations for our portfolio companies and drafting our quarterly reports to our limited partners. You will also be in charge of collecting and reviewing portfolio company reporting. You will also lead any contact with our auditors and ensure the annual audit is executed successfully. This is a hands-on, senior role with real ownership — you will be the internal expert on fund economics, compliance, valuations and financial reporting, working directly with the General Partners.
This is an individual contributor role suited to someone who is comfortable operating independently and takes pride in running a tight, well-controlled finance function, knowing VC fund structures is a plus, but not a must.

Maintain the fund model and ensure GPs have a clear, up-to-date view of fund economics at all times
Support new fund launches and fundraising periods with financial and operational workstreams, including fund model structuring inputs and investor onboarding
Portfolio Company Reporting
Working with the operations team, ensure data is collected and reporting is completed by our portfolio companies.
Compliance, Tax & Legal

Identify and lead initiatives to streamline workflows, leverage automation, and build scalable processes as the fund grows
Support investment operations, including support in the DD-process, reviewing term sheets for financial terms, coordinating signing processes, and maintaining the investment portfolio tracker
Support portfolio companies when needed, sounding board for financial models and finance operations, potentially hold a finance focused session during our in person sprint.
Who You Are
3–5 years of experience in finance, financial controlling, accounting, or a closely related field — you have operated independently and owned deliverables, not just supported them
A plus if knowledge of VC or PE fund structures, including management fees, carried interest, capital accounts, and portfolio fund models.
Experienced working with external fund administrators — you know what good looks like and are confident holding an administrator accountable
