About the role
As our Community & Growth Manager, you will be the engine of our ecosystem. You will lead the growth of our house by hand-picking the members that will create our community. Community growth: Lead the growth of our community & ecosystem. You’ll drive the outreach and sales strategy to fill the house. You will own the membership revenue targets and KPIs.
Community curation: We don't just want a full house; we want a vibrant community. You’ll manage the selection process, ensuring a powerful mix of profiles - from early-stage tech founders to seasoned investors.
Member engagement and support: You are responsible for the member journey, from onboarding them to Norrsken House Amsterdam to designing the support that helps our members win. You will own community KPIs such as NPS.
Ecosystem-building: Establish and nurture key relationships with relevant players in the Dutch ecosystem. You’ll be the connector and bridge between founders and mentors, advisors & subject matter experts, who can help our founders scale their impact.
Be the face of the community: You’re the host, the ambassador, and the go-to person. You create the energy that makes people feel proud to belong here.
Who you are
You are genuinely excited about the tech and impact space. You love to interact with founders and build the support systems that help them succeed.
You love connecting with people and building relationships. You get a lot of energy from social interactions and are comfortable with outbound approaches to foster strong relationships.
You are a team player who takes ownership. You thrive in a cross-functional team where we put impact over ego and the member experience first.
Requirements
5+ years of experience from sales, business development or community building.
Experience from the Dutch tech and startup ecosystem is considered an advantage.
