About Norrsken House Stockholm

About the internship
As the Marketing Intern you’ll support the planning, marketing and execution of a range of activities - from Impact Meetups to roundtables and informal dinners - while engaging in day-to-day marketing tasks. This position is a fantastic opportunity for you who is eager to accelerate your professional and personal development and work on purpose-driven projects that make a tangible difference.
You’ll work closely with- and learn from the Nordic Head of Marketing & Partnership, Pelle Tamleht, and interact with the wider Nordic- as well as Global Marketing team.
What you’ll do
Event production: Support with various tasks related to event planning and execution, from scheduling meetings to preparing decks and materials. All to make sure that our guests leave with an unforgettable experience.
Attendee curation: Help curate attendee lists and keep records updated, ensuring we bring together a diverse and impactful group of participants at every event.
Content curation: Research and suggest potential speakers, panelists, and contributors that would add value to our events.
Marketing support: Assist on specific initiatives, such as AI for Good, as well as daily tasks such as media monitoring, research and analysis to strengthen our marketing activities.
Partner support: Support with communication, project updates and reporting with our partners.
Feedback & evaluation: Gather and analyse feedback to improve future activities.

Compensation and location
We aim for this opportunity to be integrated into studies either as an internship that is part of your program or as part of a thesis, in order for you to be eligible for student financing, as the internship is unpaid.
You’ll work out of Norrsken House Stockholm and the internship is planned to start in January 2026 for a duration of 6 months. However, the internship can be adjusted to fit your schedule depending on your study commitments. We encourage you to apply as soon as possible, as recruitment is ongoing.
