Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and proactive Operations Associate to join and set up our mission in Tallinn. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and execute a transformative experience for startups, directly contributing to our goal of discovering and empowering the world’s best mission-driven founders. The role reports to the VP of Platform & Operations based in Stockholm. You will work alongside a part time venture partner.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading with Impact: Take ownership of the end-to-end execution of our startup program in Tallinn, ensuring that every aspect aligns with our mission to empower the world’s most impactful founders.

• Building a Thriving Ecosystem: Leverage your network to connect mission-driven founders, investors, and key stakeholders, fostering radical collaboration across the startup and VC community.

• Driving Strategy & Execution: Balance high-level vision with operational excellence—partnering with the VP of Platform & Operations to define program strategy while executing with urgency and precision.

• Delivering Exceptional Experiences: Ensure seamless program logistics, optimizing every detail to enhance the experience for founders, advisors, and investors.

• Fostering Deep Relationships: Act as a key liaison between startups, advisors, and investors, cultivating a strong and engaged community.

• Embracing a Growth Mindset: Iterate quickly based on real-time feedback, refining and enhancing the program to maximize value and impact.

• Providing Mentorship & Guidance (Nice to Have): Offer insights and support to startups, leveraging your own experience and network connections.
