Front Desk Associate - Norrsken House Stockholm
We are looking for a full time Front Desk Associates to join our team at Norrsken House Stockholm and help us create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere for our impact community. As part of the team, you will work Monday to Friday 8-17.00, in close collaboration with the nordics team and report to the Community Lead. Areas of responsibility, but not limited to:
Manage the reception area and be the first point of contact, greeting members and visitors as they enter Norrsken House Stockholm.
Responsible for managing the Stockholm House and info email accounts, as well as questions and inquiries from our community through our ticketing system.
Work together with Community Lead on member administrative tasks, such as setting up all new profiles in OfficeRnd and filling out key data attributes
Handle administrative tasks related to on- and offboarding of members, including setting up access, send onboarding email and invite new members to events
Working together with the House operations lead to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This includes e.g. handling mail and setting up meeting rooms, ideally done outside of peak hours in the front desk.
You’ll be responsible for helping members when booking and planning events in the house, and also be Norrskens on-site responsible for member events held in our venues during working hours.

Salary and benefits
This role is based out of Norrsken Stockholm House and you’ll report to the Community Lead. Salary is gross 30,000 SEK per month, 35 days of vacation, wellness allowance of 3000 sek per year, solid pension program and insurance with additional private health insurance and parental pay.
You will need to possess a valid work permit for work in the EU and Sweden. If you’re not a EU citizen, please present the work permit you currently hold and its conditions of validity. We encourage you to apply as soon as possible as recruitment is ongoing.
