Their platform is gaining traction, and the retail industry is clearly hungry for a better way to handle product data – to streamline supplier-retailer collaboration, improve data-sharing efficiency, enable omni-channel sales, reduce manual workflows, and build more sustainable food and retail systems. We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Sales Manager to help drive revenue growth and build the foundation for scalable, repeatable sales operations. Key responsibilities;
Sales pipeline & execution - build and manage E2E sales - from engaging leads to closing deals with vendors, merchants, stores and retailers.
Sales strategy & operations - develop the sales strategy to lay the foundation for a scalable sales engine. You’ll set and shape the tools, processes and KPIs needed to turn our early traction into a force for transforming the food and retail systems.
Customer feedback & product insight - work closely with the founders and product team to sharpen our platform based on our customers needs.
Team building & leadership - as we grow, you’ll get the opportunity to impact how we build our team and culture.
This is a great role for you who’s excited about both doing the work and building the structure around it.
Who you are
Have 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales - with a strong passion for continuing closing deals and hitting sales targets.
Proven track-record of building or helping to scale a sales department - you understand what it takes to make operations scalable.
You’re self-driven, love figuring things out, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
You enjoy being part of a small, agile team and working closely with the product team.
