Nordic Ecosystem Manager

As our Ecosystem Manager, you will be responsible for defining and mapping out the needs in our ecosystem and identifying a strategy for how to best provide support and add creative sparkle to founders and startups.
The Norrsken Stockholm House is currently home to 170+ teams, 90 impact founders and hosts a community of 600+ members working on vastly different business ideas, but all determined to build a business optimized for people and planet. And we dare to say that they are all pretty awesome!
Main responsibilities (but not limited to):
Founder support & strategy: Lead the strategy of the founder support for Norrsken House Stockholm’s impact community, including founders of current startups, house alumni and portfolio companies, ultimately measured by the founder NPS score.
Ecosystem & relationship building: Establish and nurture key relationships across the Nordic ecosystem to bridge the needs of the community; incl our investor network, advisors, mentors, impact leaders & subject matter experts.
Member revenue and leadership: Own the house membership revenues and KPIs to keep the House full and thriving and manage the community team (currently one FTE).
External representation and knowledge sharing: Represent Norrsken at events and summits, host discussions with experts (internal & external) about impact topics and share relevant insights back to our community.
Who you are
Are passionate about making the world a better place, and believe entrepreneurship, technology and business can be a driving force for good.
You have 5-10 years of relevant experience in community/ecosystem building within a fast-paced environment, direct startup or investor experience, or have firsthand experience with the challenges of fundraising capital.
You thrive in social contexts, and have the ability to stand up on stage as a moderator, panelist or speaker.
You are comfortable working with a diverse range of senior stakeholders, including investors, partners, founders and members, and ideally also people management experience
As we are a small team it’s important that you can demonstrate the ability to take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
You are driven by creativity and innovation, thrive on finding new solutions to complex problems, constantly optimizing processes to create meaningful impact.
Are fluent in both English and Swedish.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: 45,000–50,000 SEK/month (depending on seniority).
7 weeks of paid vacation.
