With over 1,400 members, the Front of House is the beating heart of Norrsken House Barcelona. As its welcoming face, you’ll spend your days connecting with inspiring people, solving problems on the fly, and creating an exceptional experience for all who walk through our doors.

As the Front of House Associate, you’ll be responsible for creating a positive and professional atmosphere while overseeing daily operations. Working closely with the Front of House and Operations Leads, you’ll ensure systems and processes run smoothly to provide a seamless experience for members, guests, and staff.

This is a perfect role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and is eager to support a vibrant community of change-makers. Your contribution will ensure members feel welcome and supported, so they can focus on creating scalable impact.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

• Member support: Be the go-to person for members by handling inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and addressing FAQs.

• Operational excellence: Take ownership of the Front of House operations by taking on unexpected challenges with professionalism and calm. You’ll oversee the Front of House IT systems and services, to ensure optimized use of our systems.

• Assist visitors and guests: Manage day passes and visitor check-ins, ensuring a welcoming and efficient process for everyone visiting our hub.

• Collaborate with Norrsken team & other partners: Uphold positive relationships and collaborate with the Norrsken team and vendors, suppliers and/or property partners.

• Event support: Partner with the Events team when needed to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for event guests, hosts and contributors.

To thrive and succeed as Front of House Associate, we believe you;

• Bring 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role. Hospitality experience is considered a plus.

• Have a proactive and solutions oriented mindset - you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and approaching new challenges with full speed. You take initiative to improve and optimize processes.

• Thrive in a people-oriented role and get energy from working in a fast-paced environment with a lot of interactions.

• Have strong organizational skills and can prioritize and manage your time between different tasks.

• Are an excellent communicator, fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbally. Additional languages are a plus.

• Share our belief in entrepreneurship and tech as drivers for positive change, and want to be part of driving that change.
