Are you passionate about impact entrepreneurship and want to add tangible value for those that make saving the world their business? We are looking for a brilliant Members Associate to help us nurture a thriving community of impact startups in Norrsken House Stockholm.
In this role, you will support the Ecosystem Manager in running the community of 350+ impact entrepreneurs, guide startups through their onboarding, and help develop processes, initiatives and events that strengthen the connections and growth opportunities for our members.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kick start their career in a fast-paced environment by joining our small tight knit Nordics team and contributing to growing our impact ecosystem in the Nordics.
Key responsibilities, include but are not limited to:
Keep accurate records of membership data, event attendance, and community interactions using CRM systems (we use OfficeRnD, Airtable and ActiveCampaign)
Oversee the member journey, including onboarding and offboarding processes
Work closely with finance to ensure timely processing of membership fees and invoices
Collect feedback from members through bi-annual surveys to find areas for improvement
Monitor and analyze trends in the Nordic ecosystem and within our community in Norrsken Stockholm House. This includes tracking membership growth and engagement
Collaborate with the global Norrsken team to share insights between the Nordics and the global impact ecosystem
Initiate and maintain communication with our community via various channels like weekly newsletter, Slack and our member portal. This includes addressing member requests.
Constantly seek ways to enhance our operations and community, and suggest improvements
Organize and coordinate community events, workshops, and networking opportunities to facilitate interaction and collaboration among members
To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you have:
A genuine passion for making the world a better place, and share our belief that entrepreneurship and innovative tech can be forces to drive positive change
Completed a relevant degree and gained up to two years of work experience
Good understanding of business economics
An analytical mindset and general understanding of data analysis where you ground decisions and recommendations in data.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with diverse stakeholders
Good organizational skills where you multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Interest in tech and digital tools - you would be comfortable working in different IT environments such as CRM systems and financial software
Previous experience in community management, membership engagement, or customer relations is a plus

Salary and benefits
This role is based out of Norrsken Stockholm House and you’ll report to the Ecosystem Manager. Salary is gross 31 000 SEK per month, 35 days of vacation, wellness allowance, solid pension program and insurance with additional private health insurance and parental pay.
You will need to possess a valid work permit for work in the EU and Sweden. If you’re not a EU citizen, please present the work permit you currently hold and its conditions of validity. We encourage you to apply as soon as possible as recruitment is ongoing.
