Sales and Growth Manager
As Norrsken Barcelona’s Sales & Growth Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the House is attractive and optimal for the sharpest impact startups, those sharing Norrsken’s vision of creating a better world through entrepreneurship and technology. You will be responsible for all growth efforts relating to the house, this includes member acquisition, pricing and occupancy as well as how to level up the space through clever initiatives or creative collaborations. Norrsken House is a community of like-minded entrepreneurs and organizations who come together at the same place. You have the responsibility to empower this community through the selection of its members.
Responsibilities:
- Own & drive all aspects of member acquisition for Norrsken House Barcelona. This entails acquisition, occupancy & pricing as well as member rotation.
- Managing sales and occupancy of our event spaces to benefit the Norrsken ecosystem.
- Own the strategy for space optimization and initiatives that increase the attractiveness of the house
- Collaborate closely with the Norrsken Barcelona Communication Manager to design and drive sales campaigns that help position Norrsken House Barcelona as the most attractive startup hub in town

Skills:
- Experience from setting sales strategies, community sales and/or owning the full sales funnel
- You have a minimum of 4+ years of relevant working experience within sales, growth, business development or equivalent
- A goal-oriented person who is comfortable leading sales and member acquisition, both outbound and inbound
- You have worked in a fast paced environment and/or have experience working in a startup/scaleup
Who are you:
- A positive doer with a sparkling personality and a conviction to accomplish a positive impact who loves to interact with others.
- You are a strong communicator and you derive a lot of your energy from fun, meaningful and intellectually challenging social interaction
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Experience in MICE is not required, but it’ll be considered a plus

The salary level for this position is 40'000/yearly gross salary, 28 days of vacation and health insurance.
