As our current CFO is changing roles to become Co-CEO of Norrsken Foundation, we are looking for a rockstar CFO to join the Norrsken management team to drive all matters within finance, fund-raising, legal and operations. The mission? Ensuring we use our resources well and raise more capital to optimize for impact.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Ensuring we use our capital well: Drive all matters within finance including financial planning, reporting, analysis, tax, auditing, investment evaluations (incl real estate) and asset management (of Norrsken Foundation’s 1bn+ SEK assets)
Generating more capital to impact: Set up new Norrsken's impact funds and engage in fundraising capital -Own and develop Norrsken’s core processes, legal agreements, tech backbone, administration and impact measurement - enabling us to rapidly scale
Ensuring we work well as a team: Be the manager of the finance & operations team. Leading a multifunctional team and coaching colleagues to grow and excel in their roles. Contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the foundation as well as making sure the team is aligned on priorities and direction.
Ensuring we work well with the broader Norrsken ecosystem: Support the financial management of the group companies, funds and the relationships with our external financial and legal advisors.
You will be a member of the Norrsken Foundation management team and report directly to the Co-CEO Sara Kappelmark.
You are a good fit if you:
- Want to make the world a better place, and believe entrepreneurship is a great driving force for this.
- Are a strong financial generalist, with experience from managing finances in a fast-paced small- or medium-sized company or function, giving you the understanding of bookkeeping, finance, business development, tax, legal, risk and corporate admin (preferably in several countries and entities).
- Have experience from venture capital, driving fundraising and engagement with external investors.
- Have strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage complexity in a pragmatic way.
- Have previously managed multifunctional teams and have proven leadership experience
- Have a masters in finance, business or equivalent plus 10+ years of relevant work experience.
- Have experience from real estate investments is a huge plus.

Salary & benefits
The position is based in Stockholm and may require some traveling from time to time.
Salary is 83,000 sek/month, 7 weeks, investment opportunities in Norrsken’s employee investment program, pension, insurances and parental pay. We encourage you to apply as soon as possible as recruitment is ongoing.
