ITCHY is looking for a Social Media & Community Manager who will manage the social media platforms and together with the marketing team set a strategy for ITCHY’s social media and content.

As Social Media & Community Manager you will be responsible for managing and driving the content on channels like TikTok, YouTube and Instagram. You will collaborate closely with the Content Producer, Digital Designer and Head of Influencer in order to create and implement a strategy for ITCHY’s social media platforms.

Today we are a tight knit team of 7 people, so it is really important that you are a committed team player with a strong sense of empathy, accountability and drive. You’ll report to the COO and you’ll be based at the Norrsken House on Birger Jarlsgatan 57.

  • Create and implement a content strategy for the social media platforms for both EU and eventually the US
  • Actively and continuously update all social media platforms
  • Actively interact with ITCHY’s community (like and comment on posts, answering comments, DM’s etc.)
  • Strategically plan and create content on a daily basis to build a highly engaged following and brand-love
  • Repost followers --> finding pictures, get approval and planning
  • Monitor and stay up to date with the latest social trends and best practices for content creation


  • 2-3 years professional experience with managing and driving engagement in social media channels
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics and SOME boosting
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and Figma
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and in writing
  • Bonus if you have experience from e-commerce or/and skincare
  • A strong interested in branding and content
  • A strong sense of responsibility and a creative self-starter who flourishes when working in a start-up environment
