House & Community Manager (Interim)

Norrsken House is the biggest hub for impact entrepreneurs in Europe. It’s a 2400m² creative cluster for over 400 people determined to accomplish change. The thought behind the Stockholm House is simple - if we give people the best workspace in the world, they can do the best work in the world.

Our House & Community Manager plays a key role in the house by living and breathing the Norrsken culture. Establishing everyday magic by connecting and accelerating entrepreneurs, investors, partners, ideas and projects. 

We are looking for a social superstar determined to drive the best impact culture in town, a digital native with a marketing mindset who loves working with people and thrives in an entrepreneurial setting. Initially, this is a temporary position for 8 months with the possibility of continuation. 

About The Role

As House & Community Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our incredible community of entrepreneurs. You will be part of the overall house team and the day to day operations but specifically be responsible for driving initiatives such as partner and investor networks, activities and events as well as communication. You will use technology and processes to arrive at creative solutions to improve, understand and better meet the needs of our impact member startups.

Examples Of Areas Of Responsibility

  • Own, develop and improve all aspects of a collaborative environment, including activities and communications, for the members of the Norrsken House Stockholm 
  • Develop and maintain processes that make Norrsken House the go-to place for impact tech entrepreneurs to grow their startup, and engage as well as collaborate with the wider impact and tech community.
  • Share responsibility of the day to day operation to ensure that Norrsken House is fully operational and processes are running smoothly 

Who you are

  • Passionate about making the world a better place, and believe entrepreneurship, technology and business can be a driving force for this. 
  • A social mastermind, happy when creating connections and building relationships. You perhaps have some experience in digital marketing or events.
  • Experienced in managing projects juggling multiple priorities. A tech-savvy problem-solver, comfortable playing around with IT and/or AV equipment.
  • Previous experience from tech start-up environments is desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)



Monthly salary is 35 000 SEK, start date as soon as possible.
